// 01 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt999 ("bt999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the bt999 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at bt999.vu.

By completing the bt999 registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bt999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bt999 platform and close your account. Continued use of bt999 following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

// 02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on bt999 in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bt999 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a bt999 promotion, subject to the wagering requirements defined in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table game, bingo product, or other RNG-based product available through the bt999 platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of bt999, including all pre-match and live in-play betting markets for cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the bt999 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to bt999 is legally restricted or explicitly blocked, as updated by bt999 from time to time.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation that bt999 may request from a Player as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance procedures.

// 03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the bt999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing bt999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bt999 or any of its technology or gaming service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bt999 or had an account closed by bt999 due to breach of these Terms.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

bt999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a Player's account lifecycle — including before processing a first withdrawal, following a significant change in wagering activity, or at any time at bt999's discretion. Verification documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Any account found to be registered by or used by a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account will be reviewed, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. bt999 will cooperate with relevant authorities regarding underage gambling incidents.

// 04 Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the bt999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

During the bt999 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided to bt999 remains accurate and up to date throughout the duration of your account.

KYC Verification

bt999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).

bt999 may suspend withdrawal processing or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. bt999 accepts no liability for any delay in payouts that results from a Player's failure to provide requested verification documents in a timely manner.

// 05 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bt999 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not reused across other online platforms.

All activity conducted through your bt999 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. bt999 will treat all actions conducted using your login credentials as authorised actions by you, except where you have notified bt999 of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant action occurring.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the bt999 account settings panel.
2. Contact bt999 support via live chat to report the suspected breach.
3. Refrain from conducting any financial transactions on your account until the matter is resolved.

bt999 reserves the right to lock an account that shows signs of unauthorised access, unusual activity, or suspected fraud, pending investigation. bt999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

// 06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to bt999 must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bt999 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a bt999 account within three (3) minutes of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally credited within thirty (30) minutes during normal business hours, subject to interbank processing times outside bt999's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your bt999 account and registered in your name. bt999 applies this policy as part of its anti-money laundering obligations and to protect Players against fraudulent withdrawal requests.

bt999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000, which may extend processing times. Any withdrawal request that triggers a KYC review will be held pending receipt and verification of the required documentation.

// 07 Currency & Payment Methods

bt999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wager amounts, bonus values, and winnings are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion on the bt999 platform; Players are not subject to foreign exchange risk or conversion fees when using bt999.

bt999 accepts the following payment methods, each of which must be registered in the Player's own legal name:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet operated by Jazz (Mobilink)
• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet operated by Telenor Pakistan
• HBL — Habib Bank Limited bank transfer
• UBL — United Bank Limited bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — Meezan Bank Islamic banking transfer

bt999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Where a previously accepted payment method is discontinued, bt999 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players and facilitate the migration of any affected pending withdrawals to an alternative method.

// 08 Bonuses & Promotions

bt999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players aged 21 and over who have completed the bt999 registration and KYC process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• bt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to Players who have already opted into the relevant promotion prior to amendment.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors to generate artificial wagering volume, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account termination.

// 09 Casino Games & Sports Betting

Casino Games

All casino games available on bt999, including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and speciality games, utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are statistically independent — prior results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game providers and are not guaranteed at the individual session level.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on bt999, including all PSL, international cricket, football, and kabaddi markets, are subject to the following conditions:

• bt999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed, where there is evidence of a data feed error, match-fixing suspicion, or manifest odds error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. bt999 accepts no liability for delays in live score updates that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bt999's settlement rules for the specific sport and market type will apply as published in the bt999 Sportsbook Rules document.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per Player per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure affecting game or bet integrity — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — bt999 will endeavour to resolve all affected rounds or bets in accordance with its published technical failure policy. bt999 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

// 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the bt999 platform:

• Registering more than one account on the bt999 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the bt999 platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or RNG patterns for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with bt999 games without explicit written permission from bt999.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing bt999 promotions through multi-accounting, matched betting syndicates, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bt999 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access bt999 systems, databases, or administrative panels without authorisation.

bt999 reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspected breaches of this section without prior notice to the Player. During an investigation, account functionality including withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. bt999 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

// 11 Responsible Gaming

bt999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players using the platform. We acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bt999 account holders and can be activated from the account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bt999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bt999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bt999 software or game engine.
• Create derivative works based on any bt999 intellectual property.
• Use the bt999 brand name or logo in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with bt999 without explicit written authorisation.

// 13 Privacy & Data

bt999 collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bt999 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities on bt999 include the collection of registration information, KYC verification documents, transactional data, gameplay logs, and device and browser information for security and fraud prevention purposes. bt999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

// 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the bt999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session progress arising from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the bt999 platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any loss arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or wagering requirements.

bt999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bt999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

// 15 Amendments & Termination

Amendments

bt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bt999 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of bt999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.

Account Termination

You may close your bt999 account at any time by contacting the bt999 support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

bt999 may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if bt999 is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons, or if bt999 determines that your account poses a financial crime risk.

// 16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to bt999's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

bt999 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of bt999 complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. bt999 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

bt999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive resolution within five (5) business days. Where a Player is not satisfied with bt999's internal resolution of a complaint, they may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by bt999's operating licence conditions.
